Johann's Dragon Fruit Ice Cream takes center stage at the National Food Month Gala Night held at the Centennial Hall of Manila Hotel.
The event showcased all the culinary adventures of Philippine Culinary Heritage Movement, National Commission for Culture and the Arts, and the Department of Agriculture.
Led by Chef Jam Melchor, PCHM has successfully lobbied the group's food advocacy to the office of the president and made April as the National Food Month.
With almost 20 purveyors that attended the event, Johann's Dragon Fruit Ice Cream from Ozamiz City was the crowds favorite.
