My recent trips to Bukidnon and Misamis Oriental were a delightful journey through the region's culinary gems. The adventure began with a refreshing coffee stop at Skye 88 Cafe in Claveria, Misamis Oriental. Nestled amidst stunning landscapes, this café offered the perfect ambiance to start the day, with a cup of coffee that was as invigorating as the views.
Next, we headed to Gingoog City for lunch at Project Moi Kitchen + Bar. The restaurant's innovative menu and cozy atmosphere made it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a flavorful meal. Each dish was a fusion of local and modern flavors, making it a memorable dining experience.As the day continued, we made our way to Dahilayan, Bukidnon, for an early dinner at Kumaykay River Farm Resort. The serene surroundings and farm-to-table dishes provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. To end the day on a sweet note, we stopped by RICARDO's by Cucina Higala in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, for dessert. The rich and decadent treats were the perfect conclusion to a day filled with culinary adventures.
