My thoughts of making my days off worthwhile and productive was finally made into fruition. At least after a year.
A year ago, i have been pathetically thinking how to make my restdays productive. Thoughts came crushing to my minds then. Since i can't do anything else but chat and go on net surfing reading blogs and inspirational stories and visiting educational portals, i realized i was still like working. Facing computer for eight straight hours five times a week is not a healthy job. Sitting is none either.
I even thought of selling mineral water and cigarettes along Kalayaan Av. The ever congested avenue every afternoon to become productive. Or write for a paper as contributor. Bandera or Tiktik maybe.:P But my mind is still protesting. Deep inside i know i needed something else to do during my off aside from the usual sleep-eat-yosi routine or gala-inum routine.
I need something for my physical upliftment.
I gained weight lately. Much weight. My belly started to form shape and fats are starting to show up. I could even see a bit of stretch marks on my shoulders. Gosh! i don't wanna become one! Being fat like pig yah know!:(


I didn't find the word discipline then until i suffered the consequences of everything i've done that day. I could hardly walk, move my butt, stretch my arms even holding mugs for coffee is too hard to do. An effect of the strenous play. I lost my appetite and senses, had severe headache and nausea for those beer sessions!

Duhhh forget it!
It has always been unproductive if i'll lay it bluntly! And i will not do it ever again! (chozzz)

Geisha, I understand how you feel! It is sometimes hard to find other ways to relax and keep healthy--especially for us who find surfing the net and blogging relaxing..mahirap i-balance with other healthy, productive activities...
